how it works
when to order
I suggest ordering 2 months in advance of your event to ensure I have availability. i do fill up my calendar or stop taking orders near bigger holidays (xmas, halloween, easter, etc).
flavors/allergens
my cookie recipe is a standard vanilla sugar cookie with vanilla bean paste. although no nuts are included in my recipe, I do use nuts/peanuts in my kitchen. other allergens are used in my kitchen including eggs, soy, wheat, milk.
packaging/freshness
All cookies come packaged and sealed individually in a clear cellophane bag. minis will come packaged in groups of 3-4. if you want them packaged individually, a fee of $5/dozen will apply. they will be handed off in a brown craft box.
cookies will stay fresh for up to 2 weeks in their packaging under room temperature. please do not refrigerate cookies before you event as the icing will ruin. cookies can always be frozen and thawed for later enjoyment!
pickup/shipping/delivery
pickup is at my home located in Pembroke pines area, zipcode 33029. the address and time information will be sent the week of pickup in your confirmation email.
delivery can be made available through uber connect.
i can ship! please contact me directly if you want your order shipped. i am not responsible as to what happens to your package after it leaves my hands (lost/stolen/damaged).
deposit
a 50% deposit is required for all orders. a order is not finalized in my calendar until a deposit is made and confirmation of receipt is sent. inquiring about dates/times/pickup is not an order. once a deposit is made, the final 50% payment is due 1 week (7 days) before pickup by 12pm.
cancellation
custom orders are non-refundable. if you need to cancel, please let me know at least 7 days in advance. your deposit will be held as a store credit and can be used towards a future order (within 365 days).
